Section 114
Expiration of name of person whose home address is not found
(1) Notwithstanding anything written in section 105, when the court issues a notice of the name of a person whose home address has not been found, if the village, city and village of such person is written at the same address, and if the village, city and village are also not found, the same shall be posted on the notice board of the court and posted on the national level. The deadline can be met by publishing notices in daily newspapers.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the deadline is fulfilled through the newspaper, it will be considered as duly fulfilled.
